what? 3 week specialized program for pitchers to help develop the mind set and skill set to achieve max results every outing.

why? ABC challenges our starting pitchers to go 6 innings per outing while throwing less than 90 pitches.

details? A self-directed / self-paced program designed to achieve results while challenging players to be proactive and stretching their maturity.

when? week #1 Mon 5/14 - Fri 5/18, week #2 Mon 5/21 - Fri 5/25, week #3 Mon 5/28 - Thurs 5/31

  • Step 2 print the handout below that explains the weekly workout and chart. Print and familiarize yourself with the weekly workout chart. You will use this chart to guide your workouts each week. Record your results on this chart. Print/use new chart each week.
  • Step 3 submit results/data recorded on your chart online at the end of each week using link below. Data will be and tracked by ABC player development staff and used to provide feedback if/when necessary.
